Produce Flow refers to the global flow of produce across countries and regions. Through this series of visualizations, we have created an invaluable analytics tool to study individual crop flows or country flows to allow users to explore data provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Rajesh has 20 years of experience within the data analytics indsutry and is currently the Senior Manager of Data Integration at Harvard University. His passion for environmentalism has drawn him to explore and investigate how the patterns of produce flow create potential environmental hazards.
